WHAT WE COLLECT

Puzzlehead Studio does not set cookies on this website, does not run advertising, and does not use audience analytics or cross-site tracking. We do measure how quickly pages load — see below.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

We use Vercel Speed Insights to check that pages load quickly. It records Core Web Vitals — how long the main content takes to appear, how much the layout moves while loading, how quickly the page responds to your first interaction — together with the page path and coarse device and connection information.

It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and gives you no identifier, so it cannot recognise you between visits or follow you to other sites. The measurements are aggregated, and we use them for one thing: keeping the site fast.

FONTS AND ASSETS

All fonts and images are served from this domain. No request you make while browsing this site is sent to a third-party font or CDN provider.

WHEN YOU CONTACT US

If you email hello@puzzlehead.studio, we keep your message so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside the studio.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to storefronts, Discord and social platforms leave this site. Once you follow one, that service’s own privacy policy applies — we have no visibility into what it collects.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@puzzlehead.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
